Welding area
The welding center is equipped with five professional workstations designed for training and certifying welders in modern welding methods (111, 136, 138, 141) across various material groups: carbon steels, stainless steels, duplex, and superduplex.
All training and assessments are conducted under the supervision of experienced on-site production staff, certified welding engineers (IWE), and inspectors, ensuring top-tier readiness.
Insulation area
The 160-square-meter insulation training center features five fully equipped workstations for teaching and testing practical skills in various insulation installation techniques.
Additionally, we have designated a fully ventilated, isolated area for prefabrication of dust-generating materials, along with dedicated storage for insulation materials: Pyrogel, K-flex, Armaflex, Foamglas, and Favuseal.
Theoretical training
We approach testing and training holistically, ensuring a solid theoretical foundation that directly complements hands-on workshop practice.
Our theoretical sessions are led by certified specialists with extensive international production experience, focusing on safety standards, drawing reading, and material specifications.
