But before we look ahead, it’s important to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had so far and celebrate the remarkable contributions of our team. ## The Journey So Far The Johan Castberg project has been a monumental endeavor, and we’re proud to have played role in its success. Over the past 4 years, our team has been deeply involved in the prefabrication, installation, and sea trial phases at Aker Solutions' yard, contributing to one of the most significant energy projects in recent years. Our involvement spanned multiple disciplines, bringing together a diverse team of specialists to tackle the various challenges presented by this complex project. In total, 327 skilled professionals from our company worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect of our contribution met the highest standards. Here’s a closer look at the manpower and expertise we brought to the table: - 121 Insulation specialists, including 35 focused on prefabrication and survey - 108 Scaffolding specialists - 82 Welding specialists - 8 HSSE Advisors who maintained the highest health, safety, security, and environmental standards - 8 Surface treatment specialists, including engineers and foremen Among these, 51 engineers, inspectors, and shift leaders provided expert oversight, while 39 foremen led teams across various disciplines, ensuring that our operations were smooth and efficient. Together, this dedicated team committed a staggering 1.79 million man-hours to the project. ## Looking Ahead: The Offshore Phase As Johan Castberg sets sail for its final destination in the Barents Sea, our work is far from over. The offshore phase presents new challenges and opportunities for our insulation teams and engineers, who are now preparing to ensure that the FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) unit operates safely and efficiently in one of the world’s most challenging environments. The transition from the yard to the sea is a critical phase in any offshore project, and our team is ready to bring the same level of commitment and expertise that we have demonstrated throughout the project. Our focus will be on maintaining the integrity of the insulation systems, ensuring that they perform optimally in the harsh Arctic conditions. ## A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Team None of this would have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our incredible team.
