SEC Norge AS is proud to announce that we have successfully completed the Achilles audit and earned the Global Energy Gold certificate. This milestone confirms our status as a pre-qualified staffing and manpower supplier for the Norwegian shipbuilding and energy sectors, operating in full compliance with international standards and the expectations of EPC contractors.

**Validated Temporary Work Agency Through Achilles Global Energy**

Achilles Global Energy is a leading supplier qualification platform trusted by major shipyards, oil & gas companies, and EPC contractors in Norway and across Europe. The network was created by merging Achilles JQS, FPAL, and Oil & Gas platforms into one streamlined system that allows buyers to access a verified database of high-quality suppliers.

Being part of Achilles Global Energy means that SEC Norge AS meets strict compliance, quality, and safety requirements based on standards such as:

- NORSOK S006 – for health, safety, and environmental performance,
- IOGP 423 – for responsible and ethical supplier management,
- ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices in workforce deployment and subcontracting.

## Why It Matters for Shipyards and EPC Contractors in Norway

For shipyards, fabrication yards, and EPC companies involved in energy and offshore projects, selecting the right staffing partner is crucial. Our validation confirms that:

- SEC Norge AS is a reliable temporary employment agency and manpower provider for welding, insulation, prefabrication, and construction roles,
- We are audited and qualified for high-risk, high-compliance industrial environments,
- We operate transparently, with full alignment to Norwegian labor law and EU procurement standards,
- We help reduce procurement risk by ensuring workforce compliance, traceability, and documentation.

## Benefits for Our Clients and Workforce

This validation reinforces our commitment to delivering:

- Qualified and safety-trained personnel ready to support shipbuilding and industrial projects,
- Efficient project staffing, even on short notice, with full administrative support,
- A stable and secure working environment for our employees, who now work for an officially verified supplier recognized across the Norwegian energy and shipbuilding sectors.
